Every year, 70% of coffee fruit (cascara) harvested is thrown away. Imagine taking avocados, peaches and plums and throwing away the fruit only to use the pit. Crazy, right? Once we learned about the magnitude of cascara waste, we challenged ourselves to find a way to have maximum positive impact across the coffee industry. Our solution: we created a refreshing and delicious good for you and the planet beverage, made from upcycled cascara and full of energy and health benefits.

Celebrate the full flavor of coffee. Using only two simple ingredients (high quality coffee and Cascade Mountain water) we bring out the inherent goodness of coffee, leaving the bitterness and acidity behind.
Celebrating Coffee's Fullest Flavor
Our brewer and roaster collaborate on flavor profiles until they narrow on the desired taste. Create, taste, talk. Repeat. The beans are ground and steeped in cool water for about 15 hours without being exposed to heat. The result is a coffee that celebrates its fullest flavors while leaving the bitterness and acidity behind.
